Last turbine installed at Saint-Nazaire offshore wind farm
Monday Sep 5th Global Wind Service technicians finished installing the very last turbine at Saint-Nazaire Offshore Wind farm in France.
GE Renewable Energy has chosen Global Wind Service (GWS) as partner for the load-out and installation of the 80 GE Haliade 150-6 MW turbines and half of the service scope. GWS service technicians continue their service and maintenance work on the turbines which includes break-in and annual maintenance along with corrective maintenance tasks such as troubleshooting and unplanned service.

It was an important project for us marking our entry on the Offshore Wind market in France. A market with great ambitions and outlook.
